Here are the steps you can expect from us:
- Discuss date availability, type of event or conference, type and length of program(s) you desire, option of providing customized products or mementos for event or conference, and program fees.
- Initial confirmation of date/program/fees via email.
- Follow-up contract signed by both parties to hold date for your event.
- Questionnaire to be completed by you to provide us with valuable information regarding event theme, goals and objectives, travel and logistics, room set up, and other important details to insure a smooth and successful program.
- We will be in contact with you throughout the period before your event to insure that all arrangements are confirmed, and that everything is set and ready to go.
