Here are the steps you can expect from us:

1. Discuss date availability, type and length of program(s) you desire, option of providing books, journals, or other products, along with program fees.
2. Initial confirmation of date/program/fees via email.
3. Follow-up contract signed by both parties to hold date for your program.
4. Questionnaire to be completed by you to provide us with valuable information regarding program theme, travel and logistics, room set up, and other important details to insure a smooth and successful program.
5. We will be in contact with you throughout the period before your program to insure that all arrangements are confirmed, and that everything is set and ready to go.
