Education Programs

These unique programs, for elementary through high school students, or in-service development, include drumming as a way of creating memorable connections with the audience. Programs are educational about subjects such as poetry, journaling, writing, music, nature, trees and the simple wisdom of life! Books, posters and handout materials are available for resources and follow up education opportunities.

Ilan brings to life his teachings with a rhythmical drumbeat and inspiring readings from Joyce Kilmer, Ralph Waldo Emerson, John Muir, Robert Frost as well as from his broad collection of authored works. In the process, Ilan shares stories of how his books, poetry and music is created and offers ways for each participant to access their own style, subject matter and flow of creativity.
