How soon will you ship out my order?
If you are paying by credit card, orders are usually shipped out within two business days of placing your order. If you are placing an order and paying by check, your order will be shipped out within two business days after receiving your check. Orders received after noon on Friday will normally be shipped on the following Monday.
If you choose the 2nd Day Air shipping method your order will be shipped out the same day unless we receive the order after 12 noon MST.
What are your shipping charges?
The minimum for an order will be $3.50. This includes the cost to process your order, verify the credit card and pack the order by a separate fulfillment company in Colorado. Shipping charges are based on how much you order; you can see how much the shipping is on the check out page. To help with shipping costs, we include a 10% discount coupon with your shipment which you may use on your next web order.
What are your overseas shipping charges?
The minimum shipping charges for an overseas order will be $9.99 for Canada/Mexico and $10.00 for Other than Canada/Mexico. This includes the cost to process your order, verify the credit card, US postal shipping with tracking to the boarder and packaging the order by a separate fulfillment company in Colorado. Shipping charges are based on how much you order; you can see how much the shipping is on the check out page. To help with shipping costs, we include a 10% discount coupon with your shipment which you may use on your next web order.
How will my order be sent?
Orders are sent by Fed-X Ground, Fed-Ex 2nd day, or via US mail depending on the address you provide, size of order, when you want your order and how much you want to pay. In our webstore you can easily select how you would like your package to be sent during check out. Any order over $50 is sent so that it is traceable. This way if it is lost we automatically replace it at no charge to you. A special note on posters; we send posters rolled in poster boxes, so if you order additional items you will receive two separate packages. Sometimes they may arrive a day or two apart.
How can I get a discount for ordering?
Many customers have asked about buying our products in quantity for gifts or for use by their organization. One example is, when you order the 12 pack of Advice from a Tree Postcards, the price drops from $2.75 each to $1.50 each. Many of our products come in discounted 6, 12 or 96-packs; look for these throughout the webstore!
I am having problems getting the credit card information approved. What should I do?
Be sure to enter the correct billing address for the credit card you are entering. It is also possible that you are using a web browser that is older and not supported by the credit card authorization service we use on this website. If you run into any problems, please give us a call at 1-800-992-4769 and we will manually process your credit card.
Is my credit card purchase secure?
We use the secure services of Paypal Pro, one of the largest credit card charge providers in the US. Also, we don't store your credit card information and never see more than the last 4 digits when processing your order.
Where do I enter my selections for my "You Choose" items?
When you are in the check out process after you have logged in, there is a "We'd Love to hear from you!" box where you can enter your selections.
Your True Nature products are 100% Replanted. What does this mean?
Caring for the earth is an important part of the way we do business. Being a sustainable business has been our commitment since we started in 1978 in Portland, Oregon. Having planted over 60,000 trees to replace all paper used in our business, we enjoy the satisfaction of doing our part! For each 200 lbs of paper we use, we replant ten 18" to 24" trees. Trees are being planted in El Salvador and other Central America planting areas by the nonprofit Trees Water & People. Please click on the Tree Planting link on our website to learn more. What should I do if I experience ordering difficulties?
Sit down, breathe, appreciate the thousands of things that are going right in your life and know that your needs will be well taken care of! Tell me more about the tree being planted when I place an order?
As a part of doing business we are planting a tree to honor our customers for each order over $30. This is our way of saying thanks to you and the earth. We will send an eCard to the email address you provide including a link to the web page where you can visit the tree planting area, nursery and planters. Trees are planted by the non-profit organization Trees Water & People in one of the current planting areas Central America. It is a unique project which creates much needed work for local communities and beautiful shade, flowering and fruit trees are planted. A special gift for you AND the earth! Our tree planting program is good for as many times as you order, as long as each order is over $30.
How can I carry Your True Nature Products in my store?
We sell our products to stores with a valid tax id/resale number. We offer great Best-selling packages including free merchandise. Our products are available through a wonderful variety of locations.
