“It seemed like everywhere I turned, both at work and at home, negativity was taking center stage. Seeing my elbow bend and laughing at how funny that is, has become as reminder to look at all the positive things that DO happen in my life. And with that reminder, I have been able not only to survive these tough times, but actually thrive. I find myself happier than I have been in years and that makes others around me have an easier time dealing with all these stresses and changes.” – Adele

“Every evening when returning from work, my 14 year old daughter and I sit down with a cup of tea and talk about our day. We end each tea time with positive things we experienced in our day. It’s such a great attitude adjuster.” - Pat
